All kittens purchased through our Pet Flex Kittens page are covered with approximately 30 days of well being provided by a small cat breeder. In case you have questions about what is covered, please consult the law applicable to your state.
Within ten days of purchasing your new kitten(s), you should take them to a licensed veterinarian for an evaluation. Provided your veterinarian determines within ten days of collection that your cats are clinically ill or have progressed to a persistent physical problem or disease susceptible to infection no later than the date of offer and transport, you have the following options:
If, within 30 days of collection, a licensed veterinarian determines that your little cat has a congenital or inherited deformity that antagonistically affects the creature’s well-being, or that your kitten has kicked the bucket due to a congenital or genetic imperfection, you have a similar option above.
You should give the breeder the name, address and telephone number of the vet within two days of the vet’s confirmation of your kitten’s illness. Failure to notify breeder within two business days will result in waiver of privileges. Each state has different laws related to offering a small Kitten; please learn about the laws in the state in which you are purchasing the kitten.
Every state in the United Arab Emirates. has different rules regarding ensuring the welfare of cats for sale. In states that do not have a mandatory welfare policy set up, each breeder advertising through our site is relied upon to cover the health of their kittens for approximately 30 days. If there is a state rule offering a warranty longer than 30 days, this law takes precedence.
*Some breeders offer extended warranties on their cats. It is not legal for a breeder to offer a health guarantee that is not at least equal to state law. For a more detailed description of the extended genetic health guarantees, read below.
